"姐姐，你在哪裡?"

今天把 draft paper寫完啦，雖然只是草稿，但狂寫了24頁，今晚終於可以好好的睡一覺了 =)

昨晚還在絞盡腦汁的時候，媽媽突然打電話來說小表妹 (3 years old) Ariana吵著要跟我說話，於是就暫時停止手邊的事打了回去...
"喂?" 稚嫩的聲音響在電話邊
"喂?你是誰阿?" 我也學她說話
"旻玫姐姐，我是Ana!...我剛剛去玩水，姑姑讓我穿你的衣服，是pink的" 小東西急切的說著
"姐姐，你在哪裡? 我在姑姑家喔^^" 還來不及問到底發生了啥事，她已經說了那個每回必問的問題，而我也每次很有耐性的跟她說我在美國...接下去當然繼續要問我到這裡作什麼?會不會很遠?

今年回台灣的時候，跟6歲的小表弟去吃飯，看他一附無聊樣就開始跟他唱起了兒歌，小表弟馬上開心的跟我唱和著，讓一旁的小阿姨滿臉斜線。飯局快結束時，小阿姨跟小表弟說我很快要回美國了，當場他的臉馬上垮下來
"為什麼要去美國?為什麼不留在台灣陪我?" 他嘟著嘴說，即使小阿姨費盡唇舌解釋，總是找不到一個令他滿意的答案。

這兩天系上聽到幾位facaulty興奮地討論著她們的Thanksgiving和Christmas假期，就好像我們討論過年要幹麻一樣，美國人很重視這些日子的，他們也在此時與家人相聚。
恰巧今天早上忘了帶早餐出門，匆忙間就跑到 Starbucks 買一杯 lattee，才進門就發現他們昨晚連夜的把店面裝飾成聖誕節的樣子，其實現在才11月初而已，工作人員頭上都帶起了馴鹿角的髮圈，連裝咖啡的紙杯都是大紅色的，更神奇的是隔熱的紙套也換了，印著"it ONLY HAPPENS ONCE a year"

突然很想家，想著家人、一群表弟表妹、還有今年上飛機前來不及帶走的弟弟的禮物 "地球儀拼圖"....忙碌不堪的求學日子中，縱使有歡樂的朋友相聚，心中都有一份淡淡的思念...希望大家都好...
